Role Description

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager & Development Manager to join our founding team. This part‑time, hybrid role (Manila‑based) focuses on building and nurturing relationships with donors, nonprofit partners, and corporate sponsors.

The ideal candidate is a passionate humanitarian focused individual who already has strong nonprofit or CSR connections and wants to leverage their existing flexible schedule toward meaningful community work. Responsibilities include cultivating funding opportunities, coordinating holiday programs, and supporting donor communications and impact reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or partnerships
• Existing relationships with nonprofits, CSR teams, or foundations
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Organizational ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort with hybrid work (remote + on‑site in Manila)
