Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Analyst in Makati to ensure partner and intermediary satisfaction and support renewal activities through regular reviews and touchpoints.

You will build and maintain productive relationships with partners, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and oversee onboarding and after-sales support for accounts while collaborating with operations to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• KPI-driven performance and renewal experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal engagements with partners/intermediaries through regular reviews and touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with partners anchored on data and metrics.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and new partners.
• Oversee onboarding and after-sales support for accounts and provide guidance to teams.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to achieve department goals and uphold brand standards.
