YANTRON GROUP PTE. LTD. invites a skilled Senior or Staff Accountant for a part-time role in the Philippines.

The position covers full accounting cycle, AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting, with oversight of the Account Executive. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in accounting, degrees in Accountancy or Finance (ACCA or equivalent), strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with China HQ.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance (ACCA or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an added advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice are preferred.
• Candidates able to commit to at least 3 days per week are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue invoices and monitor receivables for timely payments.
• Manage accounts payable processes, payments, reconciliations, and SOA reviews.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and accurate records.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial schedules and reports for management and audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with China HQ on accounting and financial matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting.
• Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies; ensure accuracy of records.
• Support tax-related and statutory reporting when required.
• Oversee and provide guidance to the Account Executive on daily accounting matters.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties.
