Qualifications

• Second-year college completed in any field.
• No prior work experience required; training provided.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Tech-, web-, and social media-savvy.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Self-disciplined and reliable.
• Must regularly play a mobile game (MMORPGs/action RPGs).
• Part-time, 4 hours per day, including weekends and Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide application/game support to customers via email. Perform various back-office duties including, but not limited to, internet ads management, content management, general data entry, encoding, monitoring, and verification. Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish team goals.
• Report and elevate critical issues for prompt resolution.
• Seek new learning opportunities and mentor and inspire others to do the same.
• Accomplish ad hoc tasks such as completing timesheets, reviewing checklists, and submitting progress reports within the required timeline.
• Manage existing paid client campaigns end-to-end, including tracking and monitoring.
• Develop, review, and calibrate processes to standardize and ensure the quality of the team’s output.
