Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Make.com automation, including webhooks and workflows.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases (monitoring and basic data handling).
• Experience in CRM management and lead organization.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Make.com automation workflows to ensure data flow and uptime.
• Oversee incoming data from application forms and ensure transfer to PostgreSQL database.
• Review, clean, and organize applicant data for consistency and accuracy.
• Categorize and prioritize leads based on technical and military skillsets.
• Manage and maintain a structured CRM pipeline for applicant tracking.
• Send professional follow-up emails and onboarding communications to selected candidates.
• Identify and resolve data or automation issues to maintain system reliability.
