The role emphasizes accurate recordkeeping, timely compliance filings, and strong attention to detail in a confidential family-owned setup. You'll prepare draft financial statements, reconcile accounts monthly, and support BIR/SEC filings, LGU permits, and payroll-related remittances.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with BIR returns and filings
• Experience with cloud accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping for multiple entities and personal accounts using QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and draft monthly financial statements.
• Draft BIR returns and year-end reports with required schedules.
• Prepare paperwork for SEC filings, LGU permits, and related compliance.
• Manage personal expense administration and household payables.
• Coordinate payments, receipts, and collections across entities.
