The Paralegal serves as a key administrative and governance partner to senior leadership, ensuring the company maintains high standards of corporate documentation, environmental regulatory compliance, and organizational discipline. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capability, and proactive problem-solving to manage corporate records, filings, and compliance obligations with precision.
Corporate Secretarial & Governance
Maintain and organize all corporate records, board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and official documentation.
Prepare and manage corporate filings with regulatory agencies (e.g., SEC and other relevant government bodies).
Assist in coordinating board meetings, preparing agenda materials, and documenting minutes.
Ensure proper documentation and version control of corporate policies, contracts, and governance records.
Monitor corporate compliance requirements and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings, permits, licenses, and insurance documentation.
Maintain a compliance tracker for corporate deadlines, reporting requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Coordinate with legal counsel or external partners for corporate compliance matters when necessary.
Implement and maintain structured documentation systems for contracts, corporate records, and official correspondence.
Ensure document accuracy, completeness, and secure archiving.
Maintain version control and standardized documentation processes.
Provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership.
Anticipate documentation and compliance requirements before deadlines.
Coordinate cross-department documentation requirements related to corporate governance.
Develop and improve internal documentation systems and governance processes.
Recommend improvements for efficiency, compliance monitoring, and records management.
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field.
At least 3–5 years experience in corporate secretarial, Environmental compliance, legal support, or governance roles.
Experience with corporate documentation, regulatory filings, and compliance management.
Strong understanding of corporate records management and documentation control.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
