We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong contract drafting and administration experience who can confidently work with Sales, Account Management, Purchasing, and other internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in managing the full contract lifecycle, providing first-line contractual guidance, identifying potential risks, and ensuring agreements are properly documented, executed, and maintained.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Paralegal, you'll be responsible for managing client and vendor agreements while supporting the business with practical contract guidance and compliance activities.
Client Contract Lifecycle & Drafting
- Draft and prepare MSAs, Service Orders, schedules, addendums, and contract variations using approved templates
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from contract intake and drafting through execution, storage, renewals, and expiry tracking
- Maintain accurate contract records across SharePoint, the Contract Register, Monday.com, and other relevant systems
- Review higher-risk or non-standard contractual documents and elevate matters to legal counsel when appropriate
- Act as the primary contracts contact for Sales and Account Management teams
- Ensure contracts are accurately prepared, completed, and maintained in accordance with established processes
Internal Contract Advisory
- Provide first-line guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and application
- Review proposed contractual terms and identify non-standard, unclear, or potentially high-risk provisions
- Support Sales and Account Management teams in ensuring contractual terms are accurate and aligned with business requirements
- Clearly explain legal and contractual concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Exercise sound judgment when determining matters that require escalation to legal counsel
Vendor & Supply Agreements
- Draft, review, monitor, and renew supplier and vendor agreements
- Prepare and manage NDAs, service agreements, and other supplier-related contractual documents
- Maintain the vendor contract register and ensure agreements remain current and properly documented
- Support Purchasing and relevant stakeholders in ensuring supplier agreements align with purchasing policies
- Track renewal dates, expiry dates, and key contractual obligations
Modern Slavery & Compliance Support
- Incorporate appropriate anti-slavery clauses into supplier and vendor agreements
- Coordinate the collection of supplier declarations and maintain accurate compliance records
- Support the preparation and maintenance of the annual Modern Slavery Statement
- Assist with other privacy, compliance, and contractual governance activities as required
- Ensure relevant compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in contracts, paralegal, legal, legal administration, or a related role
- Proven experience in contract drafting, including amendments, addendums, variations, NDAs, service agreements, or similar commercial agreements
- Law degree (LLB/JD) or a paralegal/legal management qualification
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and documentation processes
- Ability to clearly explain legal and contractual concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Strong judgment and confidence in identifying matters that require legal escalation
- Familiarity with UK, Australian, New Zealand, or US contract frameworks is highly desirable
- Experience using SharePoint, DocuSign, Monday.com, or similar contract/document management platforms
- Knowledge of privacy, compliance, modern slavery regulations, or related governance requirements is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and document quality
- Strong ability to follow established processes, templates, and contractual playbooks
- Willingness to work in UK business hours
- Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
