Job summary
People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal to manage client and vendor agreements and provide practical contract guidance. You will draft MSAs and service orders, manage the full lifecycle, and maintain records in SharePoint and Monday.com, while ensuring compliance and escalation when needed.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in contracts, a law degree or paralegal qualification, and familiarity with SharePoint, DocuSign, and Monday.com.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in contracts, paralegal, legal administration, or a related role.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, including amendments, addendums, variations, NDAs, service agreements, or similar.
- Law degree (LLB/JD) or a paralegal/legal management qualification.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and documentation processes.
- Able to clearly explain legal and contractual concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Good judgment in identifying matters that require escalation to legal counsel.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, monitor, and renew supplier and vendor agreements.
- Prepare and manage NDAs, service agreements, and other supplier-related documents.
- Maintain vendor contract register and ensure documents are current and well documented.
- Support Purchasing and stakeholders to ensure supplier agreements align with policies.
- Track renewal and expiry dates and key contractual obligations.
- Act as primary contracts contact for Sales and Account Management teams.
- Support internal guidance and ensure compliance with processes and templates.
