ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is seeking a Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Department. The role involves preparing legal documents, maintaining records, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and company policies.
You will liaise with government agencies, assist in labor relations and corporate governance, and help safeguard the company’s legal interests by ensuring accurate, timely processes and confidentiality.
The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support to the company's Legal Department by preparing legal documents, maintaining legal records, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assisting in labor relations, corporate governance, and litigation matters. The position helps safeguard the company's legal interests by ensuring that legal processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and Philippine laws.
Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal documents including contracts, notices, affidavits, memoranda, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research on Philippine laws, labor regulations, jurisprudence, and government issuances relevant to company operations.
Assist in handling administrative cases, employee disciplinary proceedings, labor disputes, and DOLE-related compliance.
Coordinate with government agencies such as DOLE, NLRC, SEC, BIR, LTO, and other regulatory bodies regarding legal documentation and compliance requirements.
Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents, contracts, permits, licenses, and confidential records.
Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Legal Studies, or any related field.
Completion of law school units or Juris Doctor is an advantage but not required.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a legal office, law firm, or corporate legal department is preferred.
Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, Civil Code, Corporation Code, and other relevant laws.
Proficient in legal writing, legal research, and document preparation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
