Key Responsibilities
Document Management
  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, MOA, contracts, and correspondence
  • File, organize, and maintain legal documents, files, records, contracts, and MOA.
  • Maintain a database of Company’s client contracts.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient records management.
Legal Research
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and its implementing rules and regulations as well as legal procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
DOLE/NLRC & Court Hearing Preparation
  • Attend SENA DOLE/NLRC hearings.
  • Prepare pleadings such as Position Paper, Reply, and other supplemental pleadings as necessary.
  • Assess and evaluate evidence related to the case.
  • Gather all documents, incident reports and statements that will be needed for administrative hearing, and DOLE/NLRC hearing.
  • Resolve labor disputes effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct Admin Hearing for internal and external employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
  • Ensure compliance with legal protocols and procedures.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the CEO, COO, and General Manager.
