Key Responsibilities
Document Management
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, MOA, contracts, and correspondence
File, organize, and maintain legal documents, files, records, contracts, and MOA.
Maintain a database of Company’s client contracts.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient records management.
Legal Research
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and its implementing rules and regulations as well as legal procedures.
Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
DOLE/NLRC & Court Hearing Preparation
Attend SENA DOLE/NLRC hearings.
Prepare pleadings such as Position Paper, Reply, and other supplemental pleadings as necessary.
Assess and evaluate evidence related to the case.
Gather all documents, incident reports and statements that will be needed for administrative hearing, and DOLE/NLRC hearing.
Resolve labor disputes effectively and efficiently.
Conduct Admin Hearing for internal and external employees.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
Ensure compliance with legal protocols and procedures.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the CEO, COO, and General Manager.
