All Done 88 Construction Orporation in the Philippines seeks a diligent Paralegal/Legal Administrator to assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contracts, notices, and other legal documents for multiple units. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, affidavits, notices, and other legal documents.
Maintain and update legal files, records, permits, and regulatory documents.
Monitor legal and regulatory requirements applicable to pawnshop operations.
Coordinate with government agencies, courts, law offices, and external legal counsel as needed.
Assist in handling legal notices, claims, complaints, and other documentation.
Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries for management or legal counsel.
Monitor deadlines for contracts, permits, registrations, legal documents, and compliance requirements.
Assist in reviewing branch documentation and ensure proper implementation of legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare correspondence and documentation for legal and compliance concerns.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, customer, and legal information.
Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance function.
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in paralegal, legal administration, compliance, or related work.
Experience in pawnshop, banking, financial services, retail, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Knowledge of contracts, legal documentation, government requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Strong research, documentation, organization, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, government offices, and external counsel.
