Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking customer-focused individuals for a Premium Telco Account in Clark, Pampanga. You will handle billing questions and other telco inquiries via voice support while delivering excellent service.

We welcome fresh graduates or applicants with or without call center experience. The role requires onsite work with a shifting schedule and offers incentives, health coverage, and a 13th month pay.
