Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a customer service representative to join our fast-growing Clark team. You will deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, profiling customers and resolving issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Requirements include a college degree (or 1st year completed with BPO experience), fluent English in speaking and writing, and willing to work on-site in Clark with shifting hours. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be conversant in spoken and written English.

• Can start ASAP
• At least a College Graduate; BPO experience preferred (18 months)

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Clark. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
