Job summary

Jellyfish is hiring for a Paid Social role that supports major brands across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will manage campaigns, optimize performance, and provide strategic insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote, flexible environment.

The role offers discretionary annual bonus potential, PF and group medical/life insurance, and a work-from-anywhere setup with evening/night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• :
• 3-4 years of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns in either Meta, TikTok or Pinterest ads.
• Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Experience in Paid Social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok. Knowledge in Campaign Manager 360.
• Great at structured working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to autonomously manage tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid digital media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit across multiple accounts, including pacing, QA, optimisations, reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Media Planning teams to lead media plans and roadmaps.
• Establish client relationships, provide insights, optimisations and testing opportunities.
• Support leadership to promote process implementation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices with the team.
• Retain and grow client revenue to achieve company goals.
• Bring new ideas and solutions to clients.
• Ensure account processes through robust QA and identify improvement areas.
• Pursue opportunities to integrate social with broader planning efforts.
• Be an escalation point to resolve team/account issues.
• Document best practices for campaign management.
