Lilo Social, a full-funnel eCommerce growth agency, is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for DTC clients. You will collaborate with creatives, analyze data, and maintain client relationships to drive ROAS and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social media buying experience.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000 or more.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into optimization strategies.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and conversion tracking (Pixel).
• Experience developing and executing creative testing methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok for multiple client accounts.
• Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet revenue and ROAS targets.
• Conduct frequent A/B testing across audiences, placements, and messaging to identify scalable opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with creatives to provide feedback and develop testing hypotheses.
• Build and refine audience segments using Meta targeting capabilities (custom audiences, lookalikes).
• Monitor pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution for accurate measurement.
• Prepare and present weekly/bi-weekly performance reports to clients.
• Maintain alignment with internal teams and clients on priorities and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
• Stay updated on platform updates and best practices across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
