Job summary

Rocket Clicks, LLC is seeking an Associate Paid Social & Programmatic Lead to own execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, YouTube, and programmatic display/CTV. You will design campaigns, manage budgets, define audiences, and brief creative teams while building a unified channel playbook for multiple accounts.

You will lead a team, stay updated on platform changes, and apply AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and performance across the client roster.

Qualifications

• Advanced Meta Ads expertise with hands-on programmatic experience.
• Lead generation background with ability to design campaigns for B2B and lead quality improvements.
• Ability to write creative briefs and direct creative production.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflow design to automate paid media tasks.
• Experience driving channel-wide standards across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, YouTube.
• Own programmatic display and CTV execution in DSPs like StackAdapt or Simpli.fi, including safety controls and frequency capping.
• Consolidate cross-team paid social and programmatic work to establish standard processes.
• Define channel architecture: objectives, audience definitions, exclusions, placements, budgeting, naming.
• Maintain budget pacing and surface risks before shortfalls occur.
• Diagnose cost per lead issues, creative fatigue, audience saturation, and tracking gaps.
• Direct Paid Media Specialists and review tasks before shipping.
• Stay current on platform changes, AI-driven ad products, and policy updates.
