Job summary

Outsourced. ph is seeking a Social Media Ads Specialist to develop and manage paid social strategies across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for high-value client accounts. You will own strategy, execution and optimization, and collaborate with our creative, analytics and web teams.

The role requires 3+ years in paid social, strong English, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role with work-from-home flexibility based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably agency-side.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong experience with TikTok Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently and own projects.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy, execution and optimisation.
• Manage and scale significant monthly advertising budgets.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop creative hooks, angles and testing strategies.
• Work closely with creative teams to turn insights into high-performing ads.
• Lead client conversations and communicate strategy confidently.
• Optimise towards commercial outcomes including ROAS, MER, CAC and revenue.
• Support new business pitches and mentor junior team members at Senior level.
• Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or attribution modelling.
