Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking an experienced ADS Manager to lead the full paid-media operation, drive campaign performance, and ensure adherence to company standards and platform policies.

The role will supervise ADS Team Leaders and Staff, control budgets, and guide creative and landing-page coordination with Design and IT. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in performance advertising, with 1–2 years in leadership, and proven success across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in performance advertising with at least 1–2 years leading teams.
• Experience across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong budget discipline, ROI focus, and pacing.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and translate to actions.
• Experience with tracking pixels and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full paid-media strategy and lifecycle across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Create, audit, repair, and optimize complex campaigns.
• Set KPI benchmarks, budgets, testing plans, and scaling rules.
• Analyze KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and adjust spend.
• Lead ADS Team Leaders and staff, coach performance, manage workload.
• Coordinate with Design, IT, and management on creatives, landing pages.
• Enforce QA, SOPs, and platform policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with risks and opportunities.
