Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on performance advertising experience, including 1–2 years leading paid-media teams.
• Proven experience creating, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, placements, creatives, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced ability to analyze advertising KPIs and diagnose performance changes.
• Strong budget discipline and ROI focus, including pacing, reallocating, scaling, reducing, or stopping spend based on evidence.
• Strong creative-testing judgment and experience guiding hooks, copy, formats, offers, and landing-page or funnel tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full paid-media strategy and campaign lifecycle across Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Create, audit, repair, and optimize complex campaigns when needed.
• Set KPI benchmarks, budget pacing, testing plans, scaling rules, and optimization standards for the ADS Department.
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, spend pacing, and funnel performance and turn findings into clear actions.
• Lead structured A/B testing for audiences, creatives, hooks, copy, placements, bidding, and campaign structures.
• Maintain tracking quality across Meta Pixel/CAPI basics, TikTok Pixel/events, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4 with technical support when needed.
• Lead ADS Team Leaders and Staff, assign goals, review output, coach performance, manage workload, and resolve major campaign or account issues.
• Coordinate with Design, IT, and management regarding creatives, landing pages, tracking, account stability, and operational priorities.
• Enforce campaign QA, naming and tracking standards, company SOPs, platform policies, and approved compliance requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with risks, opportunities, actions, and accountable next steps.
