Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking an experienced ADS Team Leader to steer daily advertising operations, review campaign quality, coach agents, and directly troubleshoot paid-media campaigns when needed.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, with solid judgment in campaign performance, budget control, and team execution. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience, with leadership or QC experience preferred.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding, budgets, placements, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and translate findings into actions.
• Budget discipline and ability to identify waste or misallocation.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance-based optimization.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, delegation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record with verifiable paid-media results.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADS agents during the shift, assign accounts and campaigns, and balance workloads based on priority, risk, and performance needs.
• Review and approve campaign setups before launch, including objectives, structure, targeting, budgets, placements, creatives, links, and conversion tracking.
• Create, edit, and troubleshoot Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns when agents require technical support or urgent correction.
• Monitor spend pacing and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS, then provide clear optimization actions.
• Conduct campaign QA and spot-checks to identify incorrect settings, tracking issues, uncontrolled spend, weak creatives, or reporting errors early.
• Coach agents on platform workflows, strategic thinking, data interpretation, optimization, scaling, budget discipline, and troubleshooting.
• Track team KPIs, quality, errors, and productivity, and provide specific feedback and follow-up actions.
• Escalate major account, tracking, policy, spending, or performance risks to the ADS Manager with supporting evidence and recommended action.

About you

• At least 2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience with proven results; team-lead, coaching, or quality-control experience is preferred.
• Strong practical experience in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, including campaign creation, review, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, ad structures, bidding and budgets, placements, creatives, pixels/events, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Able to analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and spend pacing and translate findings into clear next actions.
• Budget and ROI focused, with the ability to identify waste, poor allocation, weak scaling, or abnormal spending before they become major losses.
• Comfortable with A/B testing, audience and creative testing, and performance-based campaign optimization.
• Strong leadership, coaching, delegation, communication, quality-control, and conflict-management skills.
• Able to demonstrate previous campaign results, reports, or other verifiable paid-media experience.
