You will guide testing, budgeting, and optimization, ensure accurate reporting, and coach agents to improve ROI while maintaining campaign integrity across multiple accounts and priorities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major ads platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
• Strong knowledge of budgets, bidding, placements, and conversion tracking.
• Proven leadership, delegation, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to analyze metrics and decide the next action.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADS agents during shifts and distribute campaigns.
• Review and approve campaign setups before launch.
• Create, edit, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor spend and key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS.
• Identify performance issues and provide optimization strategies.
• Conduct campaign quality checks to prevent errors.
• Coach agents on strategy, budgeting, optimization, and testing.
• Monitor team productivity and performance.
• Escalate serious concerns with evidence and solutions.
