Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking an experienced ADS Team Leader to guide a team of ADS agents, review campaign setups, monitor performance, and ensure daily advertising operations meet company standards and platform policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience, demonstrates leadership and coaching abilities, and is proficient with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Strong analytical and communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
Experience leading a team or supervising staff.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Ability to analyze campaign KPIs and provide actionable optimizations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ADS agents during the shift and assign campaigns based on priority and performance needs.
Review campaign setups before launch, including objectives, targeting, budgets, bids, placements, creatives and tracking.
Create, edit and troubleshoot Meta/Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads campaigns as needed.
Monitor spend pacing and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, ROAS).
Conduct campaign quality checks and identify issues in setup, tracking, spending, creative or reporting.
Coach ADS staff on workflows, optimization, scaling, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.
Track team productivity, campaign quality, errors and improvement areas.
Escalate major risks to the ADS Manager and maintain SOP-compliant reports.
