Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years in regulatory compliance.
• Prefer experience in gaming regulators.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with office software and AI productivity tools.
• Basic Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing promotions, products, and operational activities for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Prepare, compile, and coordinate regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for submission to authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and implement updates across the organization.
• Conduct daily monitoring of business operations to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized compliance records, filings, licenses, and related documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports, legal documents, and management updates for review.
• Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and reviews by coordinating required documents.
• Support development and improvement of compliance policies and controls.
