Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies across marketing, product, and operations. You will prepare submissions, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of regulatory compliance experience, ideally in gaming, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with PAGCOR regulations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing, products, and operations for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates across the organization.
• Daily monitoring of operations to identify compliance issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Maintain organized compliance records, filings, licenses, and permits.
• Assist during inspections, audits, and reviews by coordinating document submissions.
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of controls and procedures.
• Participate in compliance training and related projects.
