• Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Packaging/Chemical), Food Technology or related technical fields.
• At least 5 years of work experience and expertise in basic food manufacturing processes and packaging development.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City office.

Responsibilities

• Designs/develops new processes and packaging ideas and translates to viable prototypes.
• Improves and simplify product processes and recommends least cost packaging materials as part of yield improvement, production efficiency and cost reduction program.
• Evaluates and secures resources required to support the application of process, equipment and packaging through active interfacing with suppliers and technical partners.
• Provides technical assistance during troubleshooting of process related problems, commissioning or fabrication of new equipment or implements, and handling of product complaints.
• Establishes storage, handling and shelf-life guidelines of products.
