Job Description

We are looking for a Packaging Specialist to ensure finished products are properly packed, labeled, protected, and prepared for storage, shipment, or delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining packaging quality, accuracy, and efficiency while ensuring products are shipment-ready and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company standards, job orders, and customer requirements.
• Verify product quantity, size, type, and specifications before final packaging.
• Apply accurate labels, barcodes, stickers, and shipping information to packaged items.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or inconsistencies before packing and report quality issues immediately.
• Ensure packages are properly sealed, protected, and ready for storage, shipment, or delivery.
• Monitor and organize packaging materials such as boxes, cartons, tapes, labels, and protective supplies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support shipment preparation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in inventory counting, stock movement, and proper storage of packaged products.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the packaging area.
• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce packaging waste and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Vocational or technical training related to production, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, garment, or distribution industries is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and packaging requirements.
• Good organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
• Quality-conscious, safety-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
