Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BOM, SAP ERP, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and consolidate daily production output with Warehouse teams.
• Validate figures before SAP confirmation to ensure data accuracy.
• Review material consumption for each batch and product type.
• Verify BOM usage complies with approved specifications.
• Monitor variances and coordinate with planners for shortages or discrepancies.
• Post production transactions in SAP accurately and timely.
• Investigate variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, and Planning to fix issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and material reports.
• Maintain production records and supporting documents for audits.
• Assist in cycle counts, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and consolidate daily production output reports in coordination with Warehouse personnel (Issuers and Receivers).
• Validate production figures prior to product confirmation in the SAP system to prevent discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Review and analyze the consumption of raw materials, packaging materials, flavorings, and reprocessed materials for every production batch.
• Verify that material usage complies with the approved Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product type and production batch.
• Monitor inventory variances and immediately coordinate with the Production Planner and Store Controller regarding shortages, overconsumption, or discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of production transactions in SAP.
• Investigate production and inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning departments to resolve issues affecting production reporting and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and material utilization reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production records and supporting documents for audit and traceability purposes.
• Assist in cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and month-end inventory closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable quality management systems.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production control, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SAP ERP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when required.
