Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation in Cavite seeks a detail-oriented QA Engineer to champion quality standards in our corrugated packaging plant. You will conduct in-process inspections, perform RCA, and drive CAPA actions to achieve zero-defect packaging.

Key responsibilities include overseeing bond strength checks, print alignment, and structural integrity, leading CAPA investigations, and collaborating with production to minimize waste while complying with RA 11058.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly explain quality issues to operators and management.
• Can START ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: Conduct in-process inspections for corrugated board and finished boxes (bond strength, scoring, print alignment, structural integrity).
• CAPA Management: Lead investigations of product non-conformities and document corrective/preventive actions.
• Root Cause Analysis: Use 5 Whys, Fishbone to identify root causes of rejections and waste.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings and minimize wastage.
• Compliance: Ensure quality procedures align with industry safety standards (RA 11058).
