Accenture is seeking a Procure to Pay Ops Assoc Manager to oversee Travel & Expense processing, auditing, and reimbursements within the P2P framework. You will ensure policy compliance, timely settlements, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, AP, and Procurement.

The role demands deep T&E experience, supervisory capabilities, and a focus on process improvements and controls to support audits and monthly close cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) focused on Travel & Expense (T&E).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure timely reimbursement of expenses in line with SLAs.
• Validate receipts, expense coding, VAT/GST compliance, and cost center allocations.
• Identify non-compliant expenses and coordinate corrections with employees and managers.
• Manage T&E queries via tickets or email and advise on expense policies.
• Support corporate card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, AP, and Procurement to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Maintain T&E policies and user guides; update as required.
• Prepare reports on T&E spend, trends, and compliance metrics.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to T&E and AP.
• Support audits with required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in P2P and T&E.
