Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Travel & Expense Team Lead in Quezon City to oversee PTP-T&E operations and drive accuracy in processing reimbursements while ensuring policy compliance. The role requires strong leadership, audit experience, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, AP, and Procurement teams.

The candidate should have 7+ years in PTP, 5+ years in people management, and be willing to work night shifts onsite in Metro Manila. Exposure to T&E platforms and process improvements is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) experience, specifically in Travel & Expense (T&E).
• At least 5 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience.
• Strong experience in T&E processing, auditing, and employee reimbursements.
• Experience reviewing expense reports, receipts, expense coding, and policy compliance.
• Experience handling T&E inquiries, corporate card transactions, and dispute resolution.
• Experience supporting month-end close and audit requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Travel & Expense operations and team performance.
• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and SLAs.
• Resolve T&E inquiries, corporate card issues, and reimbursement concerns.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, AP, and Procurement teams to address employee concerns.
• Support month-end close, audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
