Gratitude Philippines is seeking a seasoned P2P Lead - Accounts Payable to own end-to-end AP processes and drive scalable, vendor-focused solutions. You will collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable deliverables while mentoring junior staff and guiding offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• 2–3 years in people management or team lead role.
• Strong background in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services/Global Business Services setups.
• Proven track record managing offshore or distributed teams.
• Experience working directly with customers and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain reliable AP solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented work following best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve overall quality.
• Track progress, communicate updates clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Guide technical decisions, review work, mentor junior team members, and improve team standards.
