Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer, seeks an Accounts Payable Leader to join our Pasig, Philippines team. You will deliver expert AP oversight, optimize processes, and drive compliant, timely payments across multiple client accounts.

You’ll lead a high-performing AP group, partner with finance and operations, and advance automation and controls while supporting audit readiness and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable or finance leadership.
• Experience in medium to large businesses; Australian exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and AP workflows.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for all AP processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Provide leadership and direction to the AP team with coaching.
• Analyze expense reports and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee payment runs and cash flow reporting; ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile AP ledgers with GL and vendor sub-ledgers.
• Maintain records for tax preparation and audit readiness.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive process improvements and automation.
• Support month-end close and audit activities.
• Develop documentation for AP processes and systems.
