Job summary

Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented P2P professional to support end-to-end accounts payable operations in the Philippines. You will process POs and invoices, perform 2-way/3-way matching, manage payments, and reconcile vendor statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years P2P/AP experience with PO, invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
• 5+ years P2P/AP experience for team lead roles with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices within SLAs.
• Perform 2-way/3-way invoice matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payment processing (checks, wire, ACH, electronic).
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate overdue items.
• Handle Travel & Expense processing per policy.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve overdue items.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure internal controls and audit compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.
• Generate P2P/AP reports and perform analysis.
• For senior roles, provide guidance and stakeholder management.
