This is an onsite role in Taguig City requiring 12+ months of BPO experience in insurance and excellent communication and attention

Qualifications

12+ months BPO experience with relevant insurance experience.
Experience in Non-Life Insurance is required.
Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance preferred.
Home and/or Auto insurance experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative with a strong background in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C), Home Insurance, and Auto Insurance.

The role supports clients, insurance agents, and carriers with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, billing, premium payments, receivables, and account-related inquiries.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in insurance brokerage, insurance agency operations, policy servicing, P&C insurance, home/auto insurance, or insurance BPO processes.

Qualifications

College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience, OR
Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 18 months of BPO experience.
Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance is required.
Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance preferred.
Experience handling Home Insurance and/or Auto Insurance is highly preferred.
Experience in insurance brokerage or agency operations is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer/account requests.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

Support day-to-day policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.
Coordinate with insurance carriers, clients, and agents regarding policy inquiries and servicing requests.
Process and follow up on policy endorsements, renewals, policy changes, and updates.
Maintain accurate policy information and documentation.
Use broker/agency management systems, such as Applied Epic, AMS, or similar platforms.
Ensure policy servicing activities follow applicable company and regulatory requirements.

Billing, Premiums & Receivables

Handle inquiries related to insurance billing, premiums, payments, and receivables.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and premium adjustments.
Assist with premium collection and payment-related concerns.
Perform or support account reconciliation activities.
Communicate billing information clearly to insureds, agents, and carriers.
Maintain accurate records of customer and account transactions.

Customer Service & Call Handling

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.
Serve as a key point of contact for policy and billing inquiries.
Explain policy changes, billing details, payment information, and required next steps.
Document customer interactions and follow-up actions accurately.
Meet established service levels, productivity, quality, and customer experience standards.
