Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts during assigned overnight shifts.
• Follow established troubleshooting protocols and execute actions from flowcharts.
• Restart hardware or escalate issues to senior engineering staff as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken.
• Provide weekend coverage and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
