A BPO company in the Philippines is seeking a proactive individual for a role focused on monitoring and supporting systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in a technical support environment. Responsibilities include detecting issues, updating incident logs, and assisting international clients. This full-time position is based in Taguig with shifting schedules and two rest days per week.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in software, website, or application monitoring in a NOC, BPO, or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify issues.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor websites, applications, and systems using software-based tools.
• Detect, assess, and respond to incidents, alerts, or performance issues.
• Log and update incidents through ticketing systems.
