Job summary

Expedock is seeking an experienced LTL Operator to support a US-based client’s refrigerated LTL distribution, focusing on planning, consolidation, and carrier coordination. This hands-on role requires strong written English, the ability to manage high email volume, and the capacity to balance multiple scheduling constraints in a fast-paced remote environment.

Night shifts aligned with US hours are required, and the position offers remote work from the Philippines with healthcare and onboarding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations (freight forwarding, 3PL, or trucking).
• Excellent written English communications, comfortable with US-based enterprise customers.
• Experience managing high email volumes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities.
• Experience with load planning, scheduling, and truck consolidation.
• Willingness to work a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Tender management and load planning for daily transportation.
• Truck consolidation to maximize capacity while reducing trucks.
• Carrier assignment and scheduling based on transit times and RADs.
• Delivery appointment management and rescheduling as needed.
• Customer and internal stakeholder communications to manage risks.
