Job summary

Expedock is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic shipments with GPS tracking, ELD/TMS integration, and timely cargo updates. Remote role with night shift (PHT) and the chance to work with major vendors and carriers.

You will handle documentation, scheduling, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance while coordinating with dispatchers. Strong communication and systematic problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industry-related experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
• Hands-on experience with Domestic LTL, Truckload (FTL), and Ground Expedite.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage communication professionally and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, regulations, and departments.
• Proficiency in desktop and web applications, including TMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CargoWise, SAP, or Turvo is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple shipments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and trace shipments from pickup to delivery with record accuracy.
• Coordinate and monitor Domestic Ground Expedite shipments with carriers and dispatchers.
• Process transportation documentation with attention to detail and compliance.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Location: Fully Remote (WFH)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and monitor Domestic Ground Expedite shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries through proactive communication with carriers and dispatchers.

What You Need
