Job summary

Expedock, a tech-enabled workforce platform, seeks an experienced LTL Operator to support a US-based client’s refrigerated LTL distribution. You will handleTender management, load planning, truck consolidation, and carrier scheduling to meet required arrival dates.

Ideal candidates have strong logistics experience, excellent English, and can manage high email volumes while balancing scheduling constraints in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in logistics operations.
• Excellent written English communication, C1 level preferred.
• Experience handling high volumes of email and prioritizing requests.

Responsibilities

• Tender management and load planning from tenders and EDI feeds.
• Truck consolidation to maximize capacity while reducing trucks used.
• Carrier assignment and scheduling to meet RADs and transit times.
• Delivery appointment management and rescheduling as needed.
• Customer communication on risks, delays, and solutions via email.
• Coordinate with US-based account reps to resolve issues.
