An established IT and Engineering firm is looking for an Outbound Sales Trainer in Pampanga City. This role is open to undergraduates with at least 2 years of outbound sales experience. • Leadership & Mentoring: Develops and strengthens Team Managers’ coaching capabilities and sales leadership skills to drive consistent performance.
• Strategy Development: Designs, executes, and optimizes sales strategies for outbound campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Performance Management: Tracks and evaluates sales performance, sets and manages targets, and analyzes market trends to inform decision-making.
• Client & Team Relations: Builds and maintains strong client relationships while effectively presenting sales results, insights, and recommendations.
