The candidate should excel in leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience in high-volume outbound environments and strong proficiency in Excel and ZOHO CRM.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a high-volume environment.
• Expert-level phone manner and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate a team of outbound telesales specialists to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Oversee outbound sales for specific regions and industries, focusing on new-site openings.
• Conduct regular call coaching to improve pitch and objection handling.
• Audit CRM data to ensure clean leads and healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service and Marketing to streamline onboarding and remove bottlenecks.
• Serve as contact for high-value prospects requiring senior involvement.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for senior leadership.
