Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce attrition.
• Sales Performance: Nurture and convert leads assigned by the team lead, and reach out to unassigned customers for resell opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of insurance products and stay updated on processes and policies.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with unassigned customers to pave the way for future sales.
• Prepare performance reports as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by supervisor to meet operational requirements.
