Responsibilities

• Customer Retention: implement strategies to retain unassigned customers and minimize attrition.
• Sales Performance: nurture and convert leads; reach out to unassigned customers for needs assessment and resell opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: stay updated on insurance products and processes through training.
• Relationship Management: build strong relationships with existing unassigned customers for future resell opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as required by supervisor to meet requirements.
