Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Telesales Representative I to manage direct contact with US law enforcement agencies for LexisNexis Coplogic Suite solutions and to develop existing accounts. You will drive outbound outreach, identify prospects, and maintain CRM records while learning our value proposition and sales process.

The role reports to the REPH Team Supervisor and collaborates with Implementations and Sales Support teams.

Job description

The Telesales Representative I is primarily involved in managing direct contact with customers or clients particularly Law Enforcement Agencies in the US to acquire the LexisNexis Coplogic Suite of Solutions or develop existing business or accounts.

Accountabilities

• Initiate Outbound sales contact directly to prospective or assigned call lists to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities and convert sales in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.
• Prospect for new business from the assigned call lists/leads through cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified.
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate police agency website to identify key decision makers and influencers.
• Keep accurate records in computer-based tracking systems like Salesforce or other required tools/applications and build client/customer profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data.
• Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition and our world-class business processes.
• Master all phases of training and development program
• Report directly to REPH Team Supervisor with the guidance of Operations Manager
• Work closely with Business Unit Partners and REPH Implementations and Sales Support/Account Setup Teams to complete the entire Sales stages, Implementation, Fulfillment and Account Setup following the process and quality guidelines.
• May have an individual or team sales quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity
• Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications or Skills Set Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units
• Selling/Sales Skills:Sales Calls (Business to Business) or Lead Generation or Account Management experience is highly preferred (minimum of 1-2 years Inbound or Outbound).
• CSP (Counselor Salespersons) Sales Methodology or B2B sales approach.
• Communication Skills: Excellent/effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent and highly confident in communicating in English.
• Presentation Skills: Able to make Powerpoint design/presentation and effectively present the solutions to the decision maker.
• Active listening skills, persuasiveness, storytelling, asking questions
• Organizational Skills & Time Management: Must be able to manage multiple projects/items simultaneously and keep updated.
• Other Preferred Skills: Detail oriented and flexibility to prioritize tasks according to need.
• Working Knowledge/Technical Skills: Avaya Communicator/calling app, MS Outlook, Microsoft Office like Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Salesforce and other company related systems.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
