• Organized and disciplined in recording call results.
• Willing to work schedules aligned with international markets when required.

CALCMENU Philippines, Inc. is looking for an experienced and confident Outbound Sales Development Representative to contact potential business customers in the Philippines and international markets.

This is a dedicated cold-calling position. Your primary responsibility will be to speak with prospects, introduce our software solutions, identify genuine opportunities, and schedule qualified product demonstrations for our sales team.

Our Software Solutions

You will represent software developed for restaurants, food businesses, hospitality companies, and professional kitchens, including:

• Blaze Label Printing - Food label creation and printing

• Nooko AI - AI tools for recipes and food-product data

• CALCMENU - Professional recipe, costing, nutrition, and kitchen-management software

• QC Ordinance Solution - Nutrition and food-compliance support for Philippine businesses

• SmartScan - Automated processing of supplier receipts and invoices

Full product and sales training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective business customers

• Contact prospects in the Philippines and international markets

• Communicate professionally and confidently in English

This position is focused on telephone prospecting. It does not involve field sales or account management.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls

• Persistent and resilient when handling rejection

• Able to follow a sales script while keeping conversations natural

• Comfortable learning and explaining business software

• Able to work on-site at our office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

• Willing to work schedules aligned with assigned international markets when required

Experience with B2B software, SaaS, hospitality, restaurants, food service, or technology products is an advantage.
