Job summary

Elite Translations is seeking a motivated outbound sales professional in Pasig to build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients for language services.

You will reach out via email, LinkedIn, calls, and meetings; qualify leads; present services; and close deals. Strong English communication, negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Candidates should be organized, able to handle multiple prospects, and comfortable engaging with business decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, account management, or similar commercial role.
• Proven experience with prospecting and cold outreach.
• Experience conducting sales calls and meetings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business clients that may require translation, localization, interpretation, or related language services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, professional networks, and other appropriate sales channels
• Develop personalized outreach messages based on the prospect's industry, business needs, and potential language requirements
• Identify relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients
• Understand the prospect's business, language requirements, challenges, budget, and timelines
• Present Elite Translations' services and value proposition clearly and professionally
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing
