Tokyo Consulting Firm - Philippine Branch in Makati is seeking a Sales Associate to build relationships, generate new business, and drive outbound sales under the guidance of the Japanese Sales Manager.

You will handle cold calls, lead generation, and client acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, schedule meetings, and contribute to meeting monthly targets in a fast-paced consulting environment. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong confidence in conducting cold calls and outreach activities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales manager.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Familiarity with the local market and business environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the firm's consulting services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the Japanese Sales Manager when needed.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Monitor local market trends and identify potential target clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
