Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, sales or a related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, prospecting, CRM, and consultative selling.
Experience using CRM platforms, sales tools, etc.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospects and customers through calls, email, chat, and meetings.
Respond to inquiries, product questions, service requests, and sales opportunities.
Qualify inbound/outbound leads based on needs, budget, and timeline.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and order details; support the sales cycle.
