Select VoiceCom, a US/Australian-owned call center, is seeking energetic sales agents in Cebu. You will deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation on every call and hit daily activity targets, including outbound calls and emails, while working a night shift on-site.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience in a BPO, excellent English, a neutral accent, and a strong drive to earn based on performance. Collaboration and adherence to processes are valued.

Overview:

The client is an established school folder advertising company connecting local businesses with schools and families across the U.S.

We're looking for driven, English-fluent sales agents to join our outbound sales-call team.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation confidently and consistently on every call
• Make a minimum of 130 outbound calls per shift that result in meeting sales objectives
• Send a minimum of 15 outbound emails per shift
• Complete all assigned daily tasks on time
• Work collaboratively with your team while striving to hit and exceed individual targets

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of continuous outbound sales experience in a BPO company is required (B2B is a plus, but not required)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral accent
• Money-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance
• Ability to memorize and deliver a one-page sales presentation
• Competitive drive to win, balanced with strong teamwork
• Self-motivated: sets personal goals and consistently meets objectives
• Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant oversight
• Reliably follows instructions and established processes
• Comfortable using productivity software such as Google Docs
• Able and willing to work night shift hours
